Helen Reeves (Ford) Agee

Helen Reeves-Agee was born Jane Helen Ford on January 8, 1936 to James Ford and Estella Wesley in Sherrill, Arkansas.  Helen attended school in the Stuttgart School System, where she met Albert Reeves Jr; they soon married, and five children were born to their union.  Jessie Reeves, Estella (Kenneth) Graham, Gloria Reeves, Johnny (DaKita) Reeves and Jimmy (Alice) Reeves. That union dissolved and she later met LeRoy Agee and to that union one child was born Louis Marie (Henry) Tolliver.  Helen worked as a steam press operator until her retirement in 2001.  Helen was a faithful member of Mt. Harmony Missionary Baptist Church in Little Rock, Arkansas until health concerns begin to arise. 

Our beloved Helen departed this life on June 9, 2020 at Lakewood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in North Little Rock, Arkansas.  She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Lee Howard; grandsons, Johnny Reeves Jr, Cedric Reeves, Jeremaine McCoy and Brandon Reeves and one granddaughter, Shunda Reeves. She leaves to cherish her sweet memories to one brother Charles (Margean) Ford of Minneapolis, Minnesota; her six children; thirteen grandchildren and thirty-one great grandchildren.

The Reeves would like to thank everyone for your thoughtfulness during this very difficult time.

 A special thanks to granddaughter Carameisha Willis who was her caregiver until her health begin to decline.
